We have a number of options tailored to suit your requirements, and don’t worry if you are still operating your accounts out of a shoe box – we have your software covered too!
Option A - Standard
This option suits businesses that are new and are just starting down the record keeping path. Or perhaps you are a micro business/sole trader juggling many hats, and just don't have the time, or you just aren't confident doing your own books.
Option B - Enhanced
This option suits businesses that are more established, you might also be VAT registered. You need to keep on top of finances with more regular financial information, and have more complicated transactions.
Option C - Ad Hoc Support
This option suits businesses who maybe only require the software and are happy to process most transactions themselves, but with some additional background support - just in case. Or perhaps you have a backlog of transactions and just need a helping hand to get you back on track, or need to cover the absence of a staff member in the short term?

- Reconciling your bank and credit card transactions
- Posting of payroll journal entries

- Link to software for your Accountant
Option B – Enhanced includes the below
- Free Sage Business Cloud / QuickBooks Software (if required)
- Entry of sales invoices/income
- Entry and allocation of customer receipts
- Production of customer statements
- Recording purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Processing of expenses
- Reconciling your bank and credit card transactions
- Posting of payroll and enhanced journal entries
- Financial Report package
- VAT return preparation and submission
- Maintain fixed asset register and deprecation
- Link to software for your Accountant
Option C – Ad Hoc Support includes the below
- Sage Business Cloud / QuickBooks Software Subscription – charged monthly (up to 20% saving on RRP) if required, or
- Xero Accounting Software Subscription – charged monthly if required
- Bookkeeping is charged by the hour
